SELF ADMINISTERED ACUPUNCTURE
I received my therapy needles today from my wife's uncle in Niigata.
He was kind enough to teach me the technique, and showed me where to insert them.
These needles are only 1.5 mm in length, and remain in the body for up to a month. I only need 4 needles for this treatment, so it looks like I have enough to last a while. Are these even gonna penetrate my skin?

RAMEN
We ordered some of the BEST ramen in Japan last week, and it arrived just in time for lunch today! The ramen is from CHIBAKIYA in Tokyo. The type of ramen is Shinasoba.
Well, I'm not much a fan of shoyu based ramen, but this one was good! If you are ever in the EDOGAWA KU area, you might want to stop by and try it for yourself.

JR. HIGH SCHOOL
We have a new Jr. HS being built in Kamogawa. This is good because, it's near our house (photo taken from my deck) and the value of our property will increase. Then we can sell or rent out our house and build a new one. After we finished building our house and started living in it, there were several things we wished we could change about the layout. Maybe we'll get a second chance.

SHABUSHABU SALAD
One of my favorite dished that my wife makes is shabushabu salad. The dressing is grated daikon with ginger, garlic, vinegar, shoyu, sugar and sesame seeds. Good and healthy!

TORNADO?
No. Just a tornado like looking rain cloud in Nagano. This was yesterday as well. Strange weather among us!
Got this picture from a friends blog. Check it out. If you're looking for a MAKI STOVE, look no further!

KAMOGAWA SUNSET
Japan is well known for it's spectacular sunrises.
Well yesterday, just before dark, the rain and bad weather passed just in time for everyone to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen. This photo was taken with my cell, so it doesn't do any justice. The entire sky was full of colors ranging from deep purple to bright yellow. It was kinda eerie.
Check the following links for more photos of this fire like sunset and rainbows.
